Assam Police invites Application from eligible Indian Candidates for 1283 posts of Constables in APRO and Sub Officer, Firemen and Emergency Rescuers in Fire & Emergency Services.
Interested and Eligible Candidates may submit application through online before 15/03/2020. Candidates should fill all personal and educational details properly in Online Application Form.
While filling the form , candidates must have scan copy of Passport Size Photograph , Left thumb impression,signature and related qualification Documents.

3. Constables (Messenger) : 7 Nos. & Pay Band - Rs. 14000 - 49000 + Grade Pay-5000
4. Constables (Carpenter) : 1 Nos. & Pay Band - Rs. 14000 - 49000 + Grade Pay-5000
5. Sub Officer : 3 Nos. & Pay Band - Rs. 14000 - 49000 + Grade Pay-6200
6. Firemen : 410 Nos. & Pay Band - Rs. 14000 - 49000 + Grade Pay-5000

Eligibility :
1. Constables (Communication) : 12th in Science and maximum age limit 25 years.
2. Constables (UB): 12th and maximum age limit 25 years.
3. Constables (Messenger) : HSLC Passed or Equivalent and maximum age limit 25 years.
4. Constables (Carpenter) : HSLC Passed or Equivalent with ITI and maximum age limit 25 years.
5. Sub Officer : 12th and maximum age limit 24 years.
6. Firemen : 12th in Science and maximum age limit 25 years.
7. Emergency Rescuers : 12th in Science and maximum age limit 25 years.
Online Application form will be received from 25/02/2020 to 15/03/2020
Selection Process : Selection will comprise PET/PST and Written Test. Eligible Candidates will be called for Physical Standards Tests(PST) and Physical Efficiency Tests(PET). PET will be of 40 marks.It will containtwo events, (a) 3200 mtr. race to be completed within 14 minutes and (b) Minimum 335 cm for long jump. Candidadets who got qualify in PST & PET, will be shortlisted for written test. Written test will consist of 100 multiple choice type questions, each of half a mark. Total marks for the Written Test will be 50. Thee will be no negative marking.
